Tonight I'll let a friend of mine tell you a story.
Jorun writes over at Life de Luxe (unfortunately in one of the many languages I don't speak or read: Swedish) and we met years ago because she bought prints from the shop, if I remember that right.
I love her straight forward style and although Swedish makes me giggle because it looks so cute with all it's å's, ö's and sweet letters, I'd much rather giggle less and understand more of what she writes.
"Listen to this," Lana said: "Living in a couple is like a game with teams of two people. One participant gets a deck of cards, the other a marble. They will use these tools to build a house of cards. I could work on the phrasing, but it's a powerful metaphor, don't you think?"
Francis sighed. "Darling, isn't it time you stopped this writing nonsense? We would all be much better off if you went back to whatever you did in that office."

Thank you so much, Jorun.
